hm.. it's possible it's P4. They little similiar and I think, it's not big-budget movie, so they take a Honker and paint french flague in the door. Let be P4. |

we can't see plates of that car, so we can't recognize that this car was lend from polish forces (yap, then it'll be Mercedes G) or french or another.. |

Yes but we know that this movie was filmed in Poland not in Yugoslavia, so they probably took a Mercedes from Polish army. EDIT: For the Polish army they were assembled in Poland since 1993, so it will be W461 (info from the "Automobilista" 3/2012). The verison is most probably GD290. -- Last edit: 2012-02-22 19:28:13 |

It is the Mercedes-Benz G 'Wolf' as can be identified from the details: - indicators: -- G: on the wings (hidden by the girl) -- P4: under the front lights (not visible) and at the lower end of the a-column (could be lost to very high image compression) - side-mirror: -- G: one arm, mounted on the door -- P4: two arms, mounted on the door-hinge - door handle: -- G: large, car style press button -- P4: turn handle, 2CV style - doors: -- G: full height with windows and side protection bar -- P4: simplyfied, easy removable frame type, plastic canvas covered - windscreen (for future reference, not visible here): -- G: angular windscreen edges -- P4: rounded windscreen edges Peugeot P4 Mercedes-Benz G 'Wolf' |
