2kxx565 and 2kxx566 both belong to a 1989 Toyota Camry Wagon according to http://www.bar.ca.gov (me thinks someone entered the wrong plate number once) |

I read the second-to-last digit as a 9, not a 6. 2KXX595 returns no results, and 2KXX596 is a 1989 Jeep Cherokee. |

New pictures clearly show it to be 2KXX595, with no result on CarFax. |

Definitely not a Laredo. No chromed mirrors, all-black bumpers, simple wheels - I think this is a base Cherokee. |
