Commer 1500 or some local name, if even sold there? |

Hmm, the only "made for USA"-Commer, we have, is /vehicle_440937-Commer-Express-Delivery-Van-1950.html |

We have another one of these listed somewhere from a US scene. I distinctly remember it. |

^ /vehicle.php?id=47177 . Yes these were sold in US (and CDN)in small numbers, but I don't know when and with what names (Commer/Sunbeam or as PB or with a more exciting name). I always think of these door handles as early - just like those on my mum's 1961 Hillman Husky, and also used on the Lotus Elite. My dad had some role in their design (and/or their tooling) and told me when I was a peedie bairn that he met Colin Chapman during the sales negotiations. |

Labelling as Commer PB made-for-US as a holding ID until further US/CDN info available. |
