I would say a 1941 Packard, but I don't know which model.

The four chrome stripes on the fenders, the one-piece rear window, general shape and vertical pillar behind rear door make me think it's a 1940/1941 Studebaker President...

This is a tough call. It's definitely a Packard. It's definitely a Senior Packard (you can tell by the Art Deco tail lights and shape of the bumper) so that makes it a 160 or 180. The back of the Packard didn't change between 1940 and 1942 so from this shot I don't think you can nail down the year. I also don't think you can tell if it's the 127 or 148 inch wheelbase (Sedan vs 7 passenger Limo/Touring).

As Weasel1984 already said, this car might be the same as this one: /vehicle_59802-Unknown.html

Yes, I think it's the same car. That eliminates 1940 because the 1940 models had different parking lights. Still don't know if it's a 41 or 42... the only difference was in the grill configuration which we can't see. If I were to guess I'd say 1941 just based on statistics... because of the war, Packard only built 3,252 senior Packards in 1942, while they built 5,879 in 1941. I don't think its a 7 passenger Packard (just not long enough), I think it's a 5 passenger sedan. I guess I'll have to find the movie and see if there are any shots whatsoever of this mystery Packard from the front .
