The Czechoslovakia scenes were filmed in Austria (and the Cold War was still on), so it's unlikely that this particular UAZ ever belonged to the Czechoslovak army.

Shall we put the 'B' in de 'extra info field'?
We use 'B' on them since datsunZ givis us that information, I corrected this one from '469-B' to '469 B' just as the other 469's which datsunZ had identified.
Who has an idea about this? I prefer the 'B' in the extra info field...

What is this B ? If it is part of the model name and not just a trim level / version, it is better to keep it in the name.

I don't know what this B is, if I search on google images on 'UAZ 469 B', it's only 2 pages. When searching on 'UAZ 469', there are many more, so I guess the B should in the extra information field.

We talked about the 'B' thing here.

I believe the difference may be very hard to spot ... let's better not go crazy about it ... :)

Yes, but it isn't clear to me... ;)
I say: drop the 'B'.

I second that ... :)

With great delay I will try to help with the letter B. Just UAZ-469 - a special military version. This version is equipped with hub reduction, which increased the ground clearance of up to 300 mm. UAZ-469 B - a simplified version with a conventional axle and clearance of 220 mm. But this version is the most common, and it is only exported.
