| ◊ 2006-03-22 17:00 | no other shots of this beauty? |
| ◊ 2006-03-22 17:06 | To you, I'll try to find some more. But later... 'cause now, i'll look football on TV. .gif) |
| ◊ 2006-03-22 17:08 | When taking the picture above, I had trouble finding a non-blurred picture (and also where the car is not full of thousands bullet holes ) |
| ◊ 2006-03-22 17:10 | On parie une caisse de "Mort subite" que j'en trouve d'autres ? |
| ◊ 2006-03-22 17:19 | I know, such nice a nd rare car and they destroy it - only 6622 ever made. |
| ◊ 2006-03-22 17:21 | Bebert >> j'ai pas dit qu'il était impossible d'en trouver d'autres, j'ai juste dit que c'était pas "facile". Puis bon à l'époque on mettait une seule image de chaque auto en général wickey >> according some sources, the one which is destroyed is not the same one that is used in the other scenes. They used one that was already in bad state. |
| ◊ 2006-03-22 17:26 | They destroyed (and destroy) much rarer cars for movies. 6622 is actually quite an impressive production figure for a shoe box wearing a beret. The rarest car I have seen destroyed for a movie was one of three ever built Armstrong-Siddeley Sapphire 346 funeral cars. Any rarer anyone? |

| ◊ 2006-03-22 18:17 | grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr |
| ◊ 2006-03-22 19:15 | I agree, I had one for a few years and liked it. It ran well and the entire iterior was made of fine italian leather - like sitting in a glove. The only drawback was that it was heavy and the stupid continuous fuel injection made it drink petrol - 14 miles to the gallon tops. Finally, sold it because it needed too much repair to be worthwhile. -- Last edit: 2006-03-22 19:15:44 |
| ◊ 2006-03-22 21:11 | yes i saw it in your profile - I like the car, because it is one of real coupes - 10 cm lower roof - looks pretty cool I think. |
| ◊ 2006-03-22 21:15 | in black produced in 1978-1981 |
| ◊ 2006-03-22 21:33 | My 81 was brown originally but I painted it real dark Blue - looked much better. Did you know that the DeLorean used the same V6 as this car? -- Last edit: 2006-03-22 21:36:14 |
| ◊ 2006-03-22 21:57 | yes, it was 2,8 PRV motor. - used also in Renault 25, Volvo 760, Peugeot 604 etc. .gif) |
| ◊ 2006-03-22 21:57 | The Peugeot 604 and the Renault 30 too. Unlucky cars, with the PRV motor, the worst V6 of the seventies... |
| ◊ 2006-03-22 21:58 | wickey! Here's some picture of the Volvo. Enjoy yourself. .gif) ![[Image: snapshot200603221913205ys.6969.jpg]](http://pics.imcdb.org/th0is516/snapshot200603221913205ys.6969.jpg) ![[Image: snapshot200603221915317ni.8264.jpg]](http://pics.imcdb.org/th0is516/snapshot200603221915317ni.8264.jpg) ![[Image: snapshot200603221913405ej.1984.jpg]](http://pics.imcdb.org/th0is516/snapshot200603221913405ej.1984.jpg) ![[Image: snapshot200603221917468tw.96.jpg]](http://pics.imcdb.org/th0is516/snapshot200603221917468tw.96.jpg) ![[Image: snapshot200603221920549km.2751.jpg]](http://pics.imcdb.org/th0is516/snapshot200603221920549km.2751.jpg) ![[Image: snapshot200603221920164vt.765.jpg]](http://pics.imcdb.org/th0is516/snapshot200603221920164vt.765.jpg) -- Last edit: 2006-03-22 22:25:56 |
| ◊ 2006-03-22 21:58 | yes, it was pretty bad - my father had it in his 760. |
| ◊ 2006-03-22 21:59 | I really prefer the 780 Bertone ( /vehicle_5432-Volvo-780-Bertone-1989.html ) About rare cars, there is one of the 2854 Bricklin produced that ends in the water in "The Junkman". |
| ◊ 2006-03-22 22:00 | thanks bebert - you made my day .gif) - but the second and third pic does not work.. |
| ◊ 2006-03-22 22:07 | That's right. Antoine, qu'en penses-tu ? dois-je les effacer et les "reloader" ? |
And now, it works!!! .gif) |
| ◊ 2006-03-22 22:31 | I had no problems with the motor, I just wonder what it did with all the petrol it drank? I once had a big old DeSoto V8 that got much better mileage. |
| ◊ 2006-03-23 00:05 | THANK YOU Bebert .gif) |
| ◊ 2006-03-23 07:06 | You're welcome, wickey! .gif) |
| ◊ 2007-07-11 00:05 | such a pity |
| ◊ 2007-07-11 00:16 | Seeing the extra pics makes me want mine back again.....should have kept it. |
| ◊ 2007-07-11 00:55 | buy one as a project car - they are very cheap on ebay when in worse condition |
| ◊ 2007-07-11 01:02 | No, if I rebuild another it will be an 1800 but I am getting a little old to start rebuilding another car. I guess the C70 will have to do for a while - at least its a coupe. Plus, I have my hands full keeping that damn MG running |
| ◊ 2007-07-11 12:04 | Indeed, that must be a full-time job -- Last edit: 2007-07-11 12:04:50 |
