They used one that was already in bad state.
Junkman ◊ 2006-03-22 17:26	They destroyed (and destroy) much rarer cars for movies. 6622 is actually quite an impressive production figure for a shoe box wearing a beret. The rarest car I have seen destroyed for a movie was one of three ever built Armstrong-Siddeley Sapphire 346 funeral cars. Any rarer anyone?

I had no problems with the motor, I just wonder what it did with all the petrol it drank? I once had a big old DeSoto V8 that got much better mileage.
