E-450 due to the rear axles and size of the bus body. Example: https://www.auctionsinternational.com/auction/13627/item/2007-ford-phoenix-bus-83243 -- Last edit: 2019-04-25 01:56:42 |

I thought the E-350 cutaway/cab-chassis could also be ordered with dual rear wheels? This one looks like a normal wheelbase and not the longer one of the E-450. -- Last edit: 2019-04-25 03:30:02 |

E-350 can be ordered in 136, 158 & 176 wheelbase. E-450 can only come 158 & 176. This is 158 wheelbase. This particular style design of the bus was only put on the E-450 chassis from my research. They did offer an E-350 chassis but the rear was different. Also see the rear differential in between both axles. This angle doesn't do us any good with the axles sticking out. I narrowed it based off the body of the bus. When I reference the axles sticking out farther I'm not referring to the wheelbase. They are totally different. The wheel base is the length of the vehicle. The axles sticking out really can only be seen from certain angles and then it is tough to narrow. Most times you have to see who bodied it and then put a chassis to it. -- Last edit: 2019-04-25 03:45:53 |
