It seems to have the flat hood of a heavy-duty Chevrolet model (1½-ton & 2-ton) / medium-duty GMC one (1½-ton to 3-ton) and the 137"/3.48 m wheelbase. If so, a 4100 or 6100 if Chevrolet, or any model from 300 to 450 (the latter being in fact a "light heavy-duty" truck) if GMC. IMCDb nomenclature leads to set the trucks of this generation with Chevrolet as default when it's impossible to identify the make.
