IIRC there was someting mentioned somewhere at this site by tonkatraker saying the sidemarker was introduced in 1971 on small truck category
tonkatracker ◊ 2015-04-11 16:41	1971 was when the Dispatchers came AM Generals...this is a 1968-1970 per the sidemarkers and Jeep stamped on the tailgate.
