12/50 would have sunroof - there is something but I think it's building reflection or shadow. Looks B suffix plate = 64. Also I suspect it's the same car as /vehicle_14839-Triumph-Herald-1200-Saloon-1961.html which has no sunroof, possible B suffix plate, same colour split, and is 1200.
