Why "faked in Poland"? They go from Belgium to Ukraine, so only a part is supposed to be in Poland |

Indeed. But it is incomplete, half was filmed in Belgium. |

The full of wrecks border(?) setting is definitely faked anyway. I see there guy, who is trying to cross the EU border with waggon-driving - come on! -- Last edit: 2012-05-22 18:45:52 |

Maybe they want to show Ukraine that way, but not especially Poland: the border scene is supposed to be the Ukrainian side of the border. It is sad that there is no Google Street View around there: I only found a few photos with Panoramio. But anyway I guess they could not film on an actual border: they obviously had to fake it. It is not supposed to be a control on a big road: except for the beginning of the journey, they were taking smaller roads rather than highways Though that there is a main highway road from Brussels that goes directly to Ukraine : the E40. It starts in Calais (France) and if you follow it until the end, you end up in Kazakhstan, near China. It is the longest European route. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_route_E40 I take it often, but usually only the parts around Brussels -- Last edit: 2012-05-23 18:02:19 |
