"Rehds" according to the script but that's possibly a fake make.

This thing looks no less than 35-45 years old as of this writing. Actually, if you told me this was made after 1976, I might just freak out completley.

In any case, if this wasn't red, I'd consider the possibility of the International Harvester Cub Cadet:

So perhaps we should look up some other IHC lawn mowers?

Seems a very good guess. The position of the badge is probably unique to International Harvester.

76, 80, 182, 282 or 382. My first impression was it's a 76.

As far as I know, red was only on the Cub 582 and 8??. This is definitely not one of those, rather, repainted. The grille should be black, with silver and black striped headlight panels. It's a Cub Cadet 76, not International Harvester. Small wheels and a vertical Briggs and Stratton engine. Anything bigger and it would be obvious, the rear rims changed. They were built form 1972-1976. It could POSSIBLY be a Cub 80. I see differences with the other two, though.
