Why 'Made for F'? Looks like a Polish registration and (PL) country sign.

There's a PL sticker on the left and an F sticker on the right, and the registration appears to end with 75 (Paris).

If it still has a PL sticker, it is probably not a F-spec car, but just a car imported later.
And were these Polski-Fiat exported officially to France anyway?

They were officially sold in France by "Chardonnet", the private importer of Lancia, Autobianchi...close friend to Alain Delon, you'll find a lot of film with the famous actor driving Lancia or Autobianchi...

For the Polski Fiat, there is also a "F" sticker on the right...

Funny that Alain Delon never drove a Polski-Fiat.

I think that this "Made for France" isn't necessary, normal car, :D not in special version, like others imported from European countries to France.

Back up lamp is orange/yellow instead of white to comply with french regulations of that time. Can't see yellow front light, but they ar for sure :D

So all cars from the import should have (F) plate. :D Alright, it isn't important. :D
BTW. these yellow headlights in "French" cars looked good.
Edit:
Anyway about the 125p, indeed it deserves for "F", as I've checked they had different dashboard.
