1957 DeSoto Sportsman Hardtop Coupe. Not sure if it's a Firesweep or a Firedome. I would say a Firesweep.

It is a Firesweep ( with the smaller Dodge chassis of 122 inches): Fireflites had a chromed "V" located on the upper front fender side molding trim .This would have been visible here if present.

It's a Firedome (next step up). Note the difference in rear roof pillars for Sportsman hardtops:

Yeah, that's definitely a Firedome. From that angle, the quickest way to tell a Firedome from a Firesweep is the front wheel opening. On the Firedome, as well as all the longer DeSotos and Chryslers, the top of the wheel opening swoops all the way to the front of the car, as it does here. The Firesweep used the same front fenders as a Dodge or Plymouth, which were different and not as sleek.

As for the chrome "V", that was the Fireflite. Possibly the Adventurer, too. Fireflites also had a taller rear window than the Firedome or Firesweep.

As for the '57 Firesweep that 58Roadmaster posted, that one's wearing some extra trim, which was available at extra cost. Namely that thick chrome strip along the rain gutter, and the chrome (probably an aluminum piece, actually) at the base of the C-pillar. That one also looks like it has an extra strip of chrome around the rear window.
