1939 Oldsmobile. They built 1712 of teh Series 70 [G-39] and 472 of the Series 80 [L-39], but I don't know how to see the difference between them. |

The differences between a series " 70" and a series " 80" were that the " 80's" had an additional bumper centre plate ( not visible here ) and an " VIII" emblem on the grille apparently lacking here ,so I'd go for a 1939 Oldsmobile series 70 ( G 39) convertible coupe.Both series ran on the same 120 inches wheelbase. |
