Canadian model, evidenced by Ontario plate and Daytime Running lights. Therefore should be lsited as Made for Canada. Must be really rusty from all that 'Tario road salt. -- Last edit: 2014-01-17 05:37:43 |

DRLs do not indicate 'Made for CDN' anymore. Recent discussion on the forum. Removing CDN tag. |

in the same time, while it was true for GM, Chrysler & Ford did not had DRL in US at that time.. |

I asked in the admin 'Made For' thread and antp said DRLs do not indicate a 'Made For'. Unless we are in Europe. Here is his quote: Edit: I do not agree with that as we have figured out the placement changes between US/Canada. Canada uses the High-beams for DRLs while the US uses the low beams for DRLs for certain makes. -- Last edit: 2019-07-29 16:13:54 |

DRL position is chosen by the manufacturer, there is some in the turn signal, some uses the fog lights its just that when this one was manufactured, Chrysler did not used DRL in US, if it was a Venture, it would be different honestly i don't mind if we use the tag or not reason for the 1996 GM switch was specifically because they did not wanted to use 2 different system doing the same job ( which is a weird idea considering that GM was the king of multiplicating things.. ) -- Last edit: 2019-07-29 16:18:42 |
