Now this film seems to have been filmed by a cameraman who was somewhat drunk so I can't work out if the car in the first thumb is yet another Jeep with twin headlights or if the shot is a little blurred.

 Perhaps. It has a different front from the other listed so I guess they are different years.

 I agree, a 244. They were built with both single and double headlights during the same period, starting from 1985.
