I believe the body is called Lahti 20 which was made by Lahden Autokori between 1970 and 1978. This is a Finnish coachbuilder that is still active http://www.lahdenautokori.fi . The chassis might be Scania BF80.

Correctly recognised by Zodiac as Lahti 20 - body, chassis is listed as Scania B8063.
