G-MANN ◊ 2006-07-03 15:59	This was an aircraft towing tug that once used for towing Boeing 747s at Heathrow Airport, it weighed 72 tons and was stripped down to about 28 tons, the bodywork was done by metalworkers in Slough, near Pinewood Studios where most of the movie was made. -- Last edit: 2012-02-14 20:41:59

neomorph ◊ 2010-12-04 18:27	Hi, I’ve been digging for information on this vehicle and i thought i should share it here. The APC sat outside pinewood studios where they shot the movie. After filming was completed it was left to rot until 2000 where it was taken for display for a brief period. Following this it was taken and scrapped in late 2000. Now let me turn your frowns upside-down… I’m building one, from scratch, in full scale. I’ll keep you posted.
