It's a Dolly Sprint! cool car! You can tell from the chin spoiler and the wheels. This was the first production car ever to have a 16 vavle cylinder head, also the first production car to have alloy wheels fitted as standard.

in the first couple of series this was Bodies transport,Doyle using the TR7,both British Leyland products, later they changed their allegiance to Ford products and used Capris.

The last DVLA notification for 'POK 79R' was December 1985.

Seems unlikely that it will have survived.

It obvious its a sprint this was the only Dolomite model to have a full vinyl roof (forgive me if i'm incorrect) because the 1850 had vinyl rear pillars and the front duckbill plus the badge. In two of the photos it has a metal roof in the photo stronghold added and the one berbert added.Thats odd because all Sprints have vinyl roofs (again forgive me if i am incorrect) but that looked like it was an 1850.

Possible that this car may have survived. Apparently photographed in 1998/99 languishing in a yard in Telford:
