Lots of K**ADU plates going around then. Most, if not all of the Rover 800s within the Government fleet would have been 2.7 V6s. Of course television people can only get a hold of what they can get thier hands on be it a 2.0 or whatever, as long its pretty much the same model, it'll do.

For all its worth, the vehicle in the main picture is a Sterling, looks to have 16' Prestige alloys and what looks like a leather interior, I have a very similar car.

DU = Coventry. I think Rover registered a lot of fleet cars there so probably borrowed from Rover.

Genuinely issued plate series, but for some reason 282 has disappeared. Looks like registered in a Rover sequence - 281 was a Sterling, 283 an 820i.
