Commercial vehicles in Denmark got a yellow plate, as far as I know. |

It´s a van on low tax, not allowed to be used privately and during weekends in this period. They had all yellow plates. So called parrot-plates, yellow behind letters and black behind numbers were taxed a bit higher and permitted to be used for private driving on evenings and weekends. They all had blinded rear windows, and many of the parrot plate cars had backseats. Rules changed in 1971. No new cars on parrotplates. Vans still have yellow plates and lower tax in Denmark. |
