I suppose it is a Cadillac-based stretched limousine, but it is not very visible :/

Yes, it's a stretched Cadillc of the mid- to late eighties (see the lighted Cadillac crest on the inner panel of the open door ?)

Going by the woodgrain on the inside of the door, and the bodyside molding, it has to be a '85-'89 Brougham.

In 1985 it was still called Fleetwood Brougham, wasn't it? Changed to Brougham in 1987 model year.

Been doing a little bit of research. From what I understand:

There were no Cadillacs just named "Fleetwood" until 1985. The full-size Cadillac of the late 70s and 80s was the Fleetwood Brougham, which was renamed "Brougham" in 1987. Therefore a lot of the limos listed as "Fleetwood Stretched Limousine" should really "Fleetwood Brougham Stretched Limousine" (I've renamed some of them). However, did the Sedan DeVille (or is that Sedan de Ville?) of the early 80s look very similar to the Fleetwood Brougham? What are the differences?

^After 1976 the differences between the Fleetwood Brougham and Sedan DeVille were mostly interior amenities and optional features that were standard on the higher priced Fleetwood Broughams. Visually, differences can be determined be the existence of the Fleetwood wreath; on the trunk lid, around the stand up hood ornament, or on 1980 and later models the C-pillar. DeVille models have a V under the crest on the trunk lid and the C-pillar on 1980 models. 77-79 models and after 1980 have Sedan DeVille script. In addition the hood ornament is just the crest. Also the vinyl roof on the Fleetwood Broughams would wrap down the B-pillar, while left as steel on the Sedan DeVille.

Also Fleetwood Brougham models featured wider rocker panel moldings; whereas on the Sedan DeVille models the molding would end with the bottom of the doors. Also after 1980 the molding would continue behind the rear wheel onto the rear quarter panel on the higher models.
