It looks like a custom front end... aside from the Bowtie, the grille and headlight trim are from a GMC. Also, there's something not right about the front bumper. |

I'm pretty sure it's just a local hack job. It's not uncommon to see vehicles like these in some of the "barrios" of Los Angeles, or of any other American city for that matter. |
