You're kidding me ... I work on alphabetic order (unknown vehicles are shared in categories :"coupe, convertible ,sedans, trucks..when american... coupe, cabriolet, saloon, lorry when britih....coupe,cabriolet, berline, camion when french ...etc,etc... ) |

Your alphabetic-sorted work has caused not only one time a too short night for me. When you are contributing European movies from the early 70ies, I'm sitting there in front of my computer and was thinking "Hrrrmmmphhh, when will we come to "V"? I'm tired and have to get up early, why he don't think about that? " My suggestion is to list the vehicles on base of a IMCDB-user's-preference-list. No kidding, when I'm roaming around on oldtimer-markets, I have the preferences of my folks (incl.IMCDB-guys) in the back-mind. No kidding II: for exactly this situation I need my mobile-phone. Normally I'm never using it, except as a phone directory. I'm loading up the prepaid-card only before I go to oldtimer-markets. |

There's nothing wrong with Sixcyl's alphabetical approach as long as your main interest is Alfa Romeo or Audi |

I guess each of us have their own approach uploading those pictures Some are neatly arragement upload, some upload sloppily, and some upload according to time/space budget. In my case, I research for vehicle repeats for the TV shows that is already posted, then I upload thumbnails, then finally I upload no other vehicle pages last. Then I do thumbnail upload for follow up after validated pictures... |
