1962-64 Humber Super Snipe Series IV. Evidence is amber lenses to front indicators plus 'Rootes Group' badge in centre of grille. Super Snipes from 1958 onwards had 'Series' numbers, whereas 'Mark' numbers were used for 1945-57 models.

I would hazard a guess there were not a lot of Humbers in the USSR so it's most probably this one:

It's listed as an Imperial, but platesmania frequently makes mistakes for older cars. Or is it one?

EDIT: I see the main one is RHD and the link is LHD.

Or would you, perhaps, like a Humber Hawk as you never (hoped you) saw it before? :sun:

Or let's go even deeper: 1950 Humber Hawk from Estonia, with parts from BMW 5, Camaro, Mazda 6 and others :O

Apparently it came from a Finnish junkyard and formely belonged to a "Finnish superstar"...

Main is not an Imperial - has earlier cabin with curvy pillars - agree Super Snipe Series IV. The linked platesmania example is another S4 for rear pillars, but has weird front sidelights. I'll move quickly on from the two customs ..... How many "superstars" has Finland had??

The irony is, the line below the Estonian custom says "Car spheres know Jaan Tuulik above all as a top restorer" - apparently this was a one-off project where he decided to make something custom.

Couldn't find any Humbers from Lithuania (produced by the Lithuanian studio) or Latvia, but it seems there was one in Estonia:
https://www.auto24.ee/used/982794 former vehicle of the British embassy to the USSR, in Estonia since 1989, never driven since.

However, it was also auctioned on osta.ee and had Latvian documents, which does make it a bit more likely:
