Hi, I am relatively sure the badge is Horch and the car cca 1914/15. I dont have a picture to confirm. Regards Vintman |

That would be very unlikely in France... |

Hi, Thanks francisharley. I was going to advise that the story is about a German Art Dealer discovering a French servant girl naive painter, interrupted by the war, but I was waiting for confirmation from the Horch Museum about the car. They have now advised: " The car shown on the pictures is a Horch 8/24 PS Phaeton. But the radiator mask isn’t from this type. The design is typical for the time before 1910. We don’t know, if this is the car which is still situated in Sweden, near Stockholm. August Horch Museum Zwickau gGmbH". Regards Vintman |
