Imdb has this in the trivia section: "For obvious reasons, this is the only Sam Raimi film to date (2002) where his trademark beige 1973 Oldsmobile Delta 88 doesn't appear in its original form. However, according to Bruce Campbell, the car makes an appearance in the form of a wagon's chassis. Sam Raimi's own car, nicknamed "Classic" appears in any movie by Sam Raimi yet and many others (at least four by Coen brothers and many shotd by Raimi, Josh Becker, Scott Spiegel and many others). Is it possible to stitch that nickname to model name or something like that to maintain a full list of car's appearances? It's very rare for a single car to be featured in so many movies... |

There really, really needs to be a motoring show that does a detailed feature on Sam Raimi's Oldsmobile. I could easily watch it on Donut Media's site, for Halloween or maybe Jay Leno's garage. |
