Not quite - they were new-build cars - see /vehicle.php?id=344034 and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bentley_Speed_8 - using the Audi design and major components which were reworked by Racing Technology Norfolk (RTN) on behalf of Bentley - just enough to claim that it was "new", but no further effort made (or needed).
