Looks like a one-seat crane truck converted into a prime mover.

Kind of looks like another Caterpillar 773B, either without a dumper or with the dumper behind it. Maybe a low-profile dumper designed to operate underground?

Here's a (model) of 789C: http://www.flickr.com/photos/doncampbellmodels/267999256/
Here's a 793B: http://vantageequipment.net/sm_trucks.jpg

It think it's a Caterpillar 789C Mining.

Transformers fansites say it's a Komatsu HD465-7 articulated dump truck. It certainly looks like one: http://i33.tinypic.com/98vgyf.jpg
BUT they've apparently done something to the bed. Whether this was done by the film crew or if this is a standard option for that model, I can't say.

Is there still a doubt that it's a Komatsu?

I'm doubtful. There are some other views visible in the movie. I'd like to see some more stills before reaching a conclusion.

Are the cement mixer, front-end loader and shovel loader listed?

The front-end loader is not.

I'm pretty convinced this is a Caterpillar 773B with a modified dumper arrangement (I have been unable to find a match for this unusual configuration).

Compare the shape of the cab and the area around the headlights:

Wow, good call. So is it missing its bed?

I know it's small, but in this pic of Devastator is a small pic of the truck, labeled as a "CAT 773B End Dump." It's a tipper trailer or something, but I can't find anything else about this configuration.

It's a special coal hauling version

The concept art here indicates a Komatsu HD465 that's been Modified
