Very blurred picture with no details at all of front or hood sides. The car has 4 "suicide" doors , a one piece windshield , wire wheels and small parking lights on top of the front fenders. It is probably a 1933 Terraplane Sedan built by the Hudson Motor Car Co. but not 100 % sure without front details.Up till 1933 these cars were also called " Essex Terraplane" but the name " Essex" was soon dropped and the make became "Terraplane". Engine could be a six or an eight

Shoudn't it be" Hudson Terraplane"..is Terraplane independant make or serie?

As explained by pilou, Terraplane was independant in the same sense as mercury and lincoln were independant from ford.

I have a 1933 Terraplane, and the wheels are wrong on this along with the sloped back of the car - how about Rockne - or we should look at what other cars had 4 "suicide" doors then.

Checking this one out - after many years! Here is a '33 Terraplane - http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3555/3610873980_db1c51365a.jpg - note different shape at the back. This pic of a terraplane eight is also in my copy of The Standard Catalog - Link to "www.oldcarsweekly.com") This is enough to confirm the car here is not a Terraplane. I think what pilou saw as side lights on the fenders is actually part of the headlights. I think this car is a 1933 Plymouth PD.
