Wheels almost make me think MG ZT-T...

Perhaps an MG ZT as it looks sportier (eg wheels)? Has both Rover and MG window displays to confuse us.

Maybe it was...I remember both Rover 75 and MG ZT-T being used by some cycling teams (such as Fdjeux, here above) in Tour de France in years between 2002 and 2005 ;)

Afaik MGs have exposed exhaust pipes, whereas 75 are hidden - so this would be an MG

Interesting thought and you may be right, but the other possibility is that petrol and diesel exhausts are arranged differently for both the Rover and MG.

No they are same
Diesel http://pictures2.autotrader.co.uk/imgser-uk/servlet/media?id=1460305041
Petrol http://pictures2.autotrader.co.uk/imgser-uk/servlet/media?id=1455009803

It is indeed a MGZT Tourer. I have one. The molded bodywork at the rear is different from the 75 and the 75 has a chrome side strip and valance where the MG has body coloured strips.

Cheers.

Which model have you got?

It is ZT diesel. The chrome trim around the pipes tell you it's an MG, not a Rover (which has a hidden pipe) and the downward exit of the pipes indicate that it is a diesel. Petrol cars have straight pipes. That is the same for Rover or MG but you cannot really see it on the Rovers.
