Late 2003 (manufactured within the 1st or 2nd Quarter of the 2003 calendar year) or 2004 model.

Note Lincoln’s commitment to covering up the rear trailer hitch (lower rear bumper) with a cosmetic panel.

Is it really CG or its it rather real footage with CG altering ?

Anyway, about the truck: it’s a 1981-1987 model C-10 (2-wheel-drive ½ ton) noted by its low stance, and independent front suspension (IFS) and
lacking a offset front differential. The rear suspension was a live axle with mid rear differential. A G80 "Gov-lock" automatic locking rear differential
was optional from the factory on both 2 and 4-wheel-drive versions.

It is indeed a Silverado Fleetside. Silverado was the high-end luxury trim which added almost $1,000 to the list price by itself (not including optional
extras) Silverado upgrades included among other things, standard chrome & real genuine aluminium exterior accents. The large genuine satin aluminium
tailgate panel which is visible in the capture was also standard on Silverado trim.

This generation also featured hidden radio antennas (instead of unsightly fixed-mast antennas) for a tidy uncluttered appearance. They were integrated into
the windshield/windscreen.

It's not CGI at all, it's live action footage that's just had the colours fiddled around with, so that's a real truck. It appears during the game's Introductory cutscene, which flicks through a load of fictional TV channels. It only says "Vehicle only seen in a CGI cutscene" because that's a standard star rating the site has. Anyway, thanks a lot Neptune :D
