The ACF Brill is a 1946 IC-41. As for the truck, if it's not a Mack LJ, it's a Reo E23. However, there's too much trim on the cowl for this to be a Reo E23, so I suspect it's a Mack.

That hood looks ribbed though, and I don't know of any LJ's with ribbed hoods.

I almost thought so myself, but do you see how smooth and narrow the hood is on the beige 524 that we can see? The dark green one isn't that narrow, and isn't that smooth.
