Lansing Bagnall, I think I recognise the name on the side. see also here /vehicle_35550-Lansing-Bagnall-Electric.html British Railways used their platform trucks in the 1950s and probably would have bought the fork lifts also. edit: This is a walk/pedestian operated truck rather than 'ride-on' so perhaps not really a vehicle.
