It looks similar, but I have my doubts.

Maybe a Latin American variation?

1964-66 grille of the Chevrolet medium- and heavy-duty models. But not a B-Series, as it is said to have been unveiled only in 1966.
Chevrolet buses from the 1960-66 trucks line were either C-Someting or S-Something models, depending on the wheelbase. If 157"/3.99 m, then a S-50 bus. 175"/4.44 would mean a C-50 or a C-60 model. Wheelbases from 197"/5 m to 261½"/6.64 m can only be seen on S-Series models (3 S-60 buses and 2 S-70 ones).

Maybe we should use S-Series by default, so at least they are separated from the common C-Series pickup?
Or else we could have a C/S-Series?

Although the pickups were just 3 or 4 out of a dozen available models, they are indeed the C-Series trucks we see most often in the IMCDb. Most certainly because a very few film characters drive a C-80 dump truck as everyday car :D

C/S-Series could be a good solution for buses that can't be accurately identified. This way, buses already / later identified as S-Series will also be shown when clicking on the "S-Series" part of that name.

Well, at least it appears when searching with "make: Chevrolet / model: contains S-series" ;)
