Appears to be a mid-20s Buick.

The foreground car looks to be a 1931 Cadillac sedan. Any other views?

1926. Of course the engine is not a V6.

Almost sure it is. The movie was filmed in Desilu Studios & Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios, besides Moran's Gang and Capone's Gang drived in the movie (in some scenes) the same cars (or used as backgrounds) so, as the discussion about the Buick is larger here, I merge this vehicle and its discussion /vehicle_209045-Buick-unknown-1926.html here

"Skywatcher68": No, the car to which you refer [ www.imcdb.org/vehicle_209004-Cadillac-V8-1929.html ] is most definitely a 1929 or 1930 Cadillac; it has the 2-bar bumpers and numerous, verticle hood louvers. The 1931 Cadillacs have a single bar bumper (though not visible in that movie still) and 5 or 6 hood vent "doors" with a horizontal chrome "spear" on each one [these are partly visible in the image].
