Merry Old England. Not only does it have a car registration system liberal enough to allow people to put a license plate on a car like this in the first place, but there actually are people that take them to the road and risk them being wiped out by a sunday driver in a Focus. |

Liberal car registration system? You're kidding, with personalized plates they have to fit a certain coding criteria, you must have a certain amount of numbers and letters, you couldn't have any word you wanted like in America, which is really stupid, a lot of personalized plates in this country are totally meaningless and people still a lot of money for them.
