Not really, but the first two letters of the plates indicates the year, in this case (BC) is 1999 .gif ":)") |

No, with the black plates and the white ones with 2 letters (the city) and 6 numbes is not the same way, at least I can know the year of the ones with FE (Ferrara), because it changes city by city (MI GE TO etc.) -- Last edit: 2008-11-04 16:33:34 |
