What's this make, by the way? Fiat made under license in Austria?

It is not Austro-Fiat, as they changed their name to ÖAF (Österreichische Automobilfabrik) in 1925. This truck was made under USIA (Uprawlenije Sowjetskim Imuschtschestwom w Awstriji) control during Soviet occupation, which lasted from 1945-55. The model is probably 5D.

To answer your question:
Austro-Fiat started as a Fiat production site in Austria in 1907, but soon afterwards they produced their own designs. Hence the rename to ÖAF.

Could you check the sorting routine of the vehicle manufacturers list. At the moment 'Ö' is listed after 'Z', but should be listed identical to 'O'.

I think it's this truck:

Belonged to the Tallinn Truck Base No. 16, from time to time it delivered butter and cheese from the mainland to the Estonian isles.

1200 were sent to the USSR in 1955 in exchange for transferring the ÖAF plant under Austrian state control. Known as Austro-Fiat in the Soviet Union.
