@walter: are you married? If you will do it sometimes in the future, I guess, your wedding-car will be an Audi, eh? So you think, that the decoration is not enough, or it's your opinion, that an Audi shall not be decorated anyways, because it will cover the stylish body?

:p

@ Ingo
I'm still a bit young to be married  Anyway, when I'll get married in the future, of course my wedding-car will be an Audi, and also my current 80 Avant will be perfect, even if in the future I want to buy an A6 Avant :)
Look this photo of my Audi: it reminds me a wedding...

You're writing, that you are one of the best audi-enthusiasts in the world. Do you know Andreas Bauditz? In the scene for classic Audi's he's known as one of the most "hardcore" Audi-freaks. Soon he will release a book:
http://www.amazon.de/Audi-100-Entwicklung-Technik-Design/dp/3898808998

I know that guy since more than 15 years. We met -as to be expected- on a classic car-show, where he was active for the Audi 100 Coupé-Club and me (surely) for the K 70-Club. Surely Andreas has got a job for at the Audi AG.

That book:

is also interesting for an Audi-freak (but written in German, sorry).

P.S. Have I told you, that on the back side of my driver's licence I have an autograph of Walter Röhrl (and annother of Stirling Moss, too)? :D

So you are a bit interested in Audi too, aren't you? :)

The autograph on the driver's license was more a joke, but I was always interested in Audi, too (for the early ones, but I lost my interest for any new cars in the early 80ies, when they all were getting ugier and uglier).

I had decided to be a K 70-driver, when I was a pre-school-boy in the mid-70ies and never lost this plan during the years, but that I got a K 70 as my first own car in 1990, was a bit a coincidence, because I was also looking for such an Audi, too:
/vehicle_26730-Audi-60-F103-1970.html
or better:
/vehicle_127716-Audi-Super-90-F103-1967.html

But I found a K 70 earlier ;)

I always wanted to have a
/vehicle_118488-Audi-100-Coupe-S-F104-1971.html
too, but it was too expensive for me in that time.

I was angry about my father, because he didn't buy a:
/vehicle_97599-Audi-200-Typ-43-1980.html
only a:
/vehicle_150329-Audi-80-Typ-82-1976.html
between his several Passat's in nearly 30 years.

I also had owned three cars with "Audi NSU Auto Union"-badges:
two:
/vehicle_118734-NSU-1200-1970.html

and one:
/vehicle_154635-Audi-80-Typ-81-1978.html
-one of the last from May 1984, an "SC" special edition - later sold for 25 Euro to Russia :)
