What you mean is a 'mondharmonica' in Dutch, but there also exists the term 'trekharmonica' which is just a synonym for accordion.
In German these buses are called 'Ziehharmonika-Bus', too. But officially it's 'Gelenkbus' (articulated bus).

Well yes, the official spanish name is obviously articulated bus of course, but they are also known as accordion buses.
