Interesting anyway...very rare car and a real beauty, though I prefer the coupé shape |

1977-1980... Monteverdi Sierra Sedan. Very rare. Does exist as well in Cabriolet. Approx. 50 cars built between 1977 and 1984 (sedans and cabrios together). -- Last edit: 2005-12-12 07:04:34 |

I think the first version of this car was a Coupé, of 1970 around...it was as beautiful as the DBS of Aston Martin |

That you mention was the 1969 375 L High Speed, styled by Fissore of Turin(sometimes attributed to Pietro Frua,'cause seems that design was done by Frua, while the body was built into Fissore coachworks),Chrysler V-8 powered;former Monteverdis were MBM-badged and dates back early '60s(were small sporty GT,with Ford Anglia 105E derived-Cosworth FVA,996cc.) |

The Dodge Aspen was crap |

Both the Merkur and the Monteverdi are rarities based off common cars. |

May have been so in the beginning, but the bugs were fixed and was the basis for the long-lived Chrysler M bodies Also the Cadillac Cimarron was a Chevrolet Cavalier with a different grille and tail..... -- Last edit: 2015-06-04 07:37:05 |
