I found a picture of a rather similar circa 1920 Packard Limousine (half limousine, half coupe de ville), but I don't know if this type was used by other makes as well... |

This is a 1917 Hudson Super Six Town Car.Rear springs and gastank , 10 spoke wheels , the very typical courtesy lanterns between the chauffeur's and the passenger compartment and lower belt at chauffeur's height are Hudson .One can also see the motor temperature meter on the radiator. They rode on a 125 1/2 inch wheelbase.A similar car was owned by Herbert Hoover before his investiture as President. |

I knew Hoover had a Hudson, just thought it was a later 20s model. Thanks for the info. Site I found on Presidential limousines: Link to "www.thecarconnection.com" |

I'm restoring a 17 Hudson Limo and would like to get a copy of this picture. Is that possible? Thanks in advance. Gene. |
