So now I got the answer of my friend, the guy, who owns a Brazilian Type 3. The car shown above is the 2nd generation of the Brazilian VW 1600 TL, a later one with Brasilia-backlamps. |

It's indeed a 1600 TL. On the left of the rear lid is a Volkswagen script and on the right is TL. These rear lights indicate 1973+. -- Last edit: 2007-11-24 21:48:27 |

Here in Brazil, TL was popularly named "Teresa Louca" (Mad Theresa). |
