1932-34 Tipo B, or called by some journalists at the time and some people today "P3" though this thorough pre-war racing Alfa resource says P3 is erroneously used: www.motorsportmagazine.com/archive/article/june-1981/112/alfa-romeo-8c35 Scuderia Ferrari entries should have the bright yellow shield at the front behind the radiator right on top (not on the sides like in later racecars), which main pic can't(?) show in this resolution and angle. Here in Monaco GP where it didn't enter until 1934 despite having dominated almost all other GP's the previous 2 years. So could be any of these (source motorsportmagazine.com): 1934: G.Moll-SF #20 1st L.Chiron-SF #16 2nd M.Lehoux-SF #18 4th A.Varzi-SF #24 6th C.F.Trossi-SF #22 DNF 1935: R.Dreyfus-SF #18 2nd A.Brivio-SF #22 3rd L.Chiron-SF #16 5th R.Sommer-prv #14 6th T.Nuvolari/C.F.Trossi-SF #20 DNF. 1936: R.Sommer-prv #22 7th. -- Last edit: 2021-03-15 19:36:53 |
