It seems that there were no specifications and just sold the original tractors.
It is curious that it was under the brand name "Belarus", i.e. not what it really was (as far as I know, it was a fairly common Soviet practice - selling some things under more “hyped” names, such as UAZs sold under the Lada brand (it seems to be somewhere in Europe), or MC (aka MTs) shotguns went as "Baikal").

Imported into Canada, I imagine. The Americans would've had nothing to do with Soviet construction vehicles at the time.

Theoretically, it's could be. The companies just don't like to officially talk about such things (don't ask me, why. Perhaps it's about some “publicly unapproved” things related to politics, or something else that is beyond my understanding).
Eventually, we had Kenworths built specifically for SU: https://www.dalnoboi.ru/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?t=7402

Canadian show, so very positive this could be a rare Made for CDN model (a lot of rare european and soviet vehicles did get officially imported to Canada through smaller firms)

Still, I wonder what criterion is "made for" here. Does it have to have any features, or is it just enough that it would be sold somewhere?
