There was a Vauxhall "Astra GTE" (8-valve) and "Astra GTE 16 valve" with "16 Valve" on the front air-dam. edit: There was no official Opel/Vauxhall 'Police' factory specification for this model, however this would not prevent a police authority from using it in a pursuit/traffic role.
