The 914/6 (or 914-6, this is one by the wheels) gained Porsche badges and Porsche style dash (ignition key to the left usually most visible) but they were still badged and sold as VW-Porsche in most of the world, weren't they -- Last edit: 2019-11-11 00:39:47 |

Since a different factory (Porsche) has added their own details, it differs from the lower spec 914, indeed. Verified by the chassis numbers when found, such as /vehicle_653333-Porsche-914-6-Typ-47-1971.html For your question, I don't have the answer, other makes and models are grouped under a common code as well. The only thing missing is a hit for those looking for the rare Typ 914 in the movies. |
