At least 1983 for the clear parking lamps, or is this a car that’s already listed? Filmed in Lithuania, I think it might be this car from Latvia (probably not a 1988) https://www.uscars.lv/gallery/image/3579-cadillac-de-ville-1988/ https://www.uscars.lv/gallery/image/3577-cadillac-de-ville-1988/ But who knows how long it has been in the USSR.
